Welcome to La Dimora Delle Terme, a small, traditional-style Bed & Breakfast in Rapolano Terme, the famous spa town in Tuscany, in the province of Siena. A simple and serene atmosphere welcomes guests who want to relax a few steps from the famous Terme Antica Querciolaia, in a renovated and exclusive guesthouse of only 6 rooms.
The B&B is the perfect retreat for a relaxing stay amidst dips in the thermal pools and panoramic aperitifs: there are clubs, bars and restaurants close by where you can sample typical Tuscan dishes, and many small shops where you can stroll in peace. The hotel is easily reachable and guests of the Bed & Breakfast can leave their car in the nearby car park and walk around the pleasant village.

Our rooms
There are only 6 rooms in the B&B La Dimora Delle Terme: unique and exclusive rooms where history and tradition meet. Each room bears witness to the past, restored in a modern key, such as the floor tiles, original from the 1940s, combined with new furniture in traditional wood.
All rooms were recently and carefully renovated with comfortable furniture to match the classic style of the building. Warm, soft colours frame this historic atmosphere. New bathrooms with travertine stone cladding provide all the comfort you need for a relaxing stay.
Double room
This double room is designed with attention to the smallest details and is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the spa. Guests will find themselves in a simple and cosy room, furnished with new wooden furniture and a bathroom with a shower box that was completely renovated. Wi-Fi, TV and courtesy set complete the room amenities. It does not have air conditioning.
Deluxe room
It is the most exclusive choice of the B&B: a luxurious and bright room which keeps the timeless classic style alive. A new bathroom in natural stone with a shower box, new and elegant furnishings, television and air conditioning make the deluxe room particularly comfortable. Guests will also enjoy free Wi-Fi and a practical courtesy set.
Family room
The only room in the building that can accommodate families of up to 3 people. It is a spacious room consisting of two rooms and a bathroom with a completely renovated shower box. The comforts available include air conditioning, television, free Wi-Fi and a comfortable courtesy set. It is framed by a hospitable atmosphere of the past.
